Love and Faith reviews the client's care plan each day and monitor the accomplishments of the clients day to day activities. We document these assessments with daily notes so that the communication with each and/or the family remains consistent. We believe that the better informed each family is, the more comfortable the family and client will feel during their care.

8. Transportation
We know that some of the clientele that we care for have everyday living needs. However, some of the clients may not be able to get out to achieve things on their own, so Love and Faith Caregivers will provide transportation to the client to do such things as run an errand, grocery shopping, or have a doctors appointment. If our caregivers have to provide their own P.O.V. we do acquire a minimum fee, that our Team leader discuss during consultation.

In the midst of the day to day tasks, it's easy to forget one of the most important parts of care-giving that is to be there as a companion and to exemplify Compassion. Sometimes clients just need to feel that someone cares and is concerned about them; that is what we strive for the most to showing compassion and love towards our clients. So we are here to extend a hand!
